How to properly maintain and maintain the laser marking machine

After a laser marking machine is used for a period of time, if it does not pay attention to daily maintenance, its function is easily subject to a certain loss, which will directly affect the marking effect, marking speed and the life of the laser equipment. Therefore, we must regularly maintenance.

Daily maintenance

a. Check whether the lens of the field lens is dirty and wipe it with lens tissue;

b. Check whether the focal length is within the standard focal length range, and the test laser reaches the strongest state;

c. Check whether the parameter setting screen on the laser is normal, and the laser parameters are within the setting range;

d. Confirm that the switch is normal and effective. After pressing the switch, check whether it is powered on; whether the laser is working normally.

e. Whether the machine is turned on normally, whether the main switch of the machine, the laser control switch, and the switch of the laser marking system are turned on normally;

f. Clean the dust, dirt, foreign objects, etc. inside the equipment, and remove dust, dirt and foreign objects with a vacuum cleaner, alcohol and a clean cloth;

Weekly maintenance

a. Keep the machine clean and clean the surface and interior of the machine;

b. Check whether the laser light output is normal, open the software and start manual marking for laser test.

c. To clean the laser field lens, first wipe it in one direction with a special lens paper dipped in alcohol, and then wipe it with dry lens paper;

d. Check whether the red light preview can be turned on normally, the laser parameters are in the set range, and turn on the red light correction on the software to turn on the red light;

Monthly maintenance

a. Check whether the light path of the red light preview is offset, and perform red light correction;

b. Check whether the laser emitted by the laser is weakened, and use a power meter to test;

c. Check whether the lifting guide rail is loose, whether there is abnormal noise or oil leakage, clean it with a dust-free cloth and add lubricating oil;

d. Check whether the power plug and the connectors of each connecting line are loose, and check each connector part; whether there is poor contact;

e. Clean up the dust at the air outlet of the laser to ensure normal heat dissipation. Clean dust, waste nodes and other foreign objects inside the equipment, and remove dust, dirt and foreign objects with a vacuum cleaner, alcohol and a clean cloth;

Semi-annual maintenance

a. Check the laser cooling fan, whether it rotates normally, clean the dust of the laser power supply and control board;

b. Check whether each moving shaft is loose, abnormal noise and smooth operation, clean it with a dust-free cloth and add lubricating oil;

Precautions for the use of FLS laser marking machine:

a. To prevent electric shock, do not operate with wet hands;

b. Please wear protective glasses when working to avoid strong light stimulation to damage the glasses;

c. Do not change specific system parameters at will without the permission of the equipment technician;

d. Pay special attention, it is forbidden to place your hands in the laser scanning range when using;

e. When the machine is improperly operated and an emergency occurs, press the power off immediately;

f. During the operation of the laser marking machine, do not put your head or hands into the machine to avoid personal injury;
